Society Education for Health

The OIPM aims to:

• Development of Research Projects in the area of Health and Pharmacovigilance;
• Disclosure of Interactions between Plants and Medicines, based on consistent clinical and scientific foundations, as well as an alert to the possibility of other interactions whose probability is relevant in theory applied to practice in the population's daily life;
• Training citizens, from children to the elderly, to develop logical and constructive reasoning in immediate action on this issue in order to avoid proven risk situations and potential interactions;
• Creation of a National and International risk assessment strategy in this area, making available to the entire population, through the media and digital platforms, all proven information, aiming at a question-answer cycle for the creation of a global database. To this end, this page counts on the participation of the entire target audience in presenting questions and cases related to the use of medicines and herbal products.
