Measures taken by OIPM/UC regarding the current situation of COVID-19
We inform that despite the situation generated by Covid-19 and the state of alarm in which we find ourselves, OIPM / UC (www.oipm.uc.pt) continues to provide support services to the medicated population.
However, in order to minimize the risks to our team and continue to offer our services, the following measures were also adopted in accordance with the guidelines of the University of Coimbra and the Country:
- All of our services remain operational, with the exception of the part associated with laboratory work (product analysis).
- We have implemented telework and the public service period will be partial and will be available during the hours from 14:00 to 18:00 (from Monday to Thursday).
- Requests for telephone assistance will temporarily cease to exist, since we are not at our usual place of work, where the telephone lines we have are located.
- Email orders will be processed as normal and we will try to reduce the response time as much as possible.
In the same way, we put our team at your disposal as we always have.
Any change of scenery will be evaluated immediately, in order to always preserve the safety of our team and fulfill the responsibility with the citizens
